Registration Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or completing your registration for Remembrance Festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Ticket Policy

  • All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Your registration is issued in the name of the purchaser and may not be transferred to another individual without written approval from Remembrance Festival.

  • If the festival is canceled by the organizers, purchasers will receive information regarding available refund or credit options.

Check-In

  • Your name will serve as your admission. A government-issued photo ID may be requested at check-in to verify registration.

Schedule & Presenters

  • Festival schedule, presenters, workshops, and experiences are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Photography & Media

  • Remembrance Festival may photograph or record portions of the event for promotional, educational, or archival purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to appear in these materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a festival team member upon arrival, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Participation

  • You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in movement, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, educational sessions, and other wellness activities offered throughout the festival.

  • You are responsible for listening to your body, participating within your own abilities, and seeking appropriate medical advice regarding any health concerns.

Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in festival activities involves inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree to release Remembrance Festival, Living Ritual LLC, its presenters, volunteers, venue, and partners from liability for injuries or damages except where prohibited by law.

Personal Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your own belongings throughout the event. Remembrance Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Code of Conduct

  • We are committed to cultivating a respectful, welcoming environment for all attendees. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the festival without refund.
